Hummus & Tortilla Chips:
3 cans garbanzo beans
6 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
* add 1 full roasted red pepper to half of recipe for roasted red pepper hummus
Drain 2 cans of garbanzo beans, then combine all ingredients (including juice from 3rd can of beans) into a food processor.  Pulse until smooth.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly coat tortillas with olive oil using a brush.  Add favorite spices, cut and bake for 12 min.
